Randi Sirlin has been an attorney for over 27 years and has been practicing family law during that entire time. Randi also has experience in criminal law and civil litigation. Randi ran her own law firm in Tucson, Arizona for over 7 years and did so in Phoenix for close to 13 years. Randi has a passion for family law which came to be as a result of being the child of parents who fought over child custody (legal decision-making and parenting time) for many years. Randi not only empathizes with her clients; she also understands the toll divorce and custody matters take on the entire family.
While Randi has been litigating over the entire course of her career, beginning in 2003, she also began drafting family law appeals and family law post-trial motions. Her writing skills are exemplary, and she has a love of the law that is reflected in her work and in the results she so often achieves in her representation.
Randi is a trained Arizona mediator (there is currently no certification for Arizona mediators) and is also certified by the International Collaborative Divorce Association. She is a skilled mediator and arbitrator and, while she is not afraid to take a case to trial, she will always work hard to reach a reasonable settlement and save the client the costs of trial.
Randi maintains excellent relationships with her clients and enjoys those relationships very much.. What is most important to Randi is the help she can provide to her clients, as she believes helping others is the most important thing one can do in life.
Randi appeared on a number of radio spots while practicing family law in Tucson and also recently appeared on Sonoran Living online and on television here in Phoenix. Randi will again be appearing in radio spots in Phoenix, on “IHeartRadio.”
Randi is available for special actions, appeals, post-trial motions, mediation and litigation.
In her free time, Randi enjoys singing, playing piano and guitar, watercolor painting, pastels, sketching, writing poetry and non-fiction, studying Spanish, hiking, swimming, exercising and international travel.
