Is Arizona a Community Property State?

Yes. Arizona is a community property state, meaning family courts aim to divide marital assets equally in a divorce. Property acquired during the marriage is subject to division, while separately owned property (such as gifts or inheritances) typically remains with its original owner. We can help you identify community property, obtain accurate valuations, and work diligently to protect your hard-earned assets.
