I had a long marriage (22 years) that wasn’t working anymore, with one teenager and a college kid. I married my spouse in France before moving to the US and we both signed a prenuptial agreement in France.
When it came to dissolve our marriage, things went completely crazy, unreasonable, and nasty. To summarize the key points: my wife was challenging the validity of our prenuptial agreement and she was requesting 50% of my wealth, spouse maintenance, child support and custody, plus the payment of my oldest child college tuition.

My father's 81 years old and was married to my mother for 40-some years. My mother was stealing from my father. They were already legally separated in AZ. We now live in Cheyenne, WY.
