Tawnia Wienke has been selected by Super Lawyers as a Super Lawyer for 2016 and 2017, and was selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star from 2013 through 2015. Tawnia is a member of the State Bar and Maricopa County Bar Association Family Law Sections. Tawnia Wienke has received an Avvo Superb Rating of 10 out of 10.
Tawnia has been practicing for more than 14 years. She grew up in Arizona, attended University of Arizona and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration. While attending the University of Arizona, she was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta, pre-law fraternity, as she knew that she wanted to become an attorney from early on.
Tawnia graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. During law school, she received awards from the Moot Court competition for outstanding advocacy. Tawnia’ s practice has emphasized family law since 2005. She also has a background in civil litigation, bankruptcy and tax law, which provides an advantage in family law cases with property division issues.
Tawnia handles all aspects of family law including, divorce, legal separation, legal decision-making and parenting time as well as third party rights. She has handled significant custody cases, involving substanial abuse, mental health issues as well as drug and alcohol issues. She enjoys helping families, and family law has remained her primary focus.
Tawnia enjoys giving back to the community, has received awards for her number of hours committed to pro bono work and has contributed in other ways to helping those in need.
Tawnia is a contract attorney to Bishop, Del Vecchio & Beeks Law Office. As such, Tawnia maintains a separate practice apart from Bishop, Del Vecchio & Beeks Law Office.
