I want to let you know how I feel about the firm, you, and the people you work with.
From the moment I spoke with you, I thought, this lady is real and a professional and you proved that with every interaction I had with you.
When I first came into the office, I was greeted with a beautiful, welcoming smile from the receptionist. She was always very poised and polite. What a great first impression of your office.
The office had a certain charm and was clean and fresh. My last attorney had an office that seemed dated, dark, and drab. The reading material in the reception area was old magazines of how to sponsor and care for wild pigs. I should have known then…. My prior attorney was disappointing, to say the least. She is lazy and so is her staff.
In comparison, one office was chaotic, one was classy. Your office was definitely the latter.
Ty, Annabelle’s assistant is beyond amazing in every way. She exceeded my expectations with callbacks and correspondence. Her diligence and attention to detail coupled with her patience and warmth made me feel secure in a way that I have not had since this journey began in February 2024.
To me, the truth is, that life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you will get. This is one of the hardest journeys life has dealt me, but the silver lining is that I got to cross paths with a group of knowledgeable, caring people, I just wish it were under different circumstances.
I truly have no idea how this is going to end for me, but I wanted you to know I truly appreciate everyone I have dealt with at the firm.
