I requested the service of Bill Bishop to help and represent me. Bill was very thorough and professional. He advised me on how to deal with the situation, and he clearly explained to me what to expect (good or bad).

I had a long marriage (22 years) that wasn’t working anymore, with one teenager and a college kid. I married my spouse in France before moving to the US and we both signed a prenuptial agreement in France.

When it came to dissolve our marriage, things went completely crazy, unreasonable, and nasty. To summarize the key points: my wife was challenging the validity of our prenuptial agreement and she was requesting 50% of my wealth, spouse maintenance, child support and custody, plus the payment of my oldest child college tuition.

I requested the service of Bill Bishop to help and represent me. Bill was very thorough and professional. He advised me on how to deal with the situation, and he clearly explained to me what to expect (good or bad). Validating my French prenuptial agreement in Arizona was the first part of this battle. He went above and beyond to get a solid case. The prenuptial agreement was validated: it was a first in Arizona.

Following that big win, Dan Beeks took over my case to drive things through mediation then to the finish line. Dan is very experienced in dealing with unreasonable parties. He was driving the negotiation with professionalism, honesty and fairness, while being tough overall. In the end, the outcome came above my expectations. My wife still walked away with a decent deal, but much lower than I had anticipated in the first place and certainly not at 50%.

A divorce is a very tough emotional process. With Bill and Dan, I really felt that I had a team behind me, supporting my actions and decisions for the best outcome possible. I would recommend Dan am Bill in a heart beat.

After seeing the way Mr. Bishop handled my divorce case I can understand why this attorney has such an outstanding reputation

I decided to rely on William D. Bishop to handle my divorce case. Mr. Bishop came highly recommended by one of my best friends, who I have complete faith in. After seeing the way Mr. Bishop handled my divorce case I can understand why this attorney has such an outstanding reputation.

My case did not involve distribution of assets or child support; however, it was complex since it did involve protection orders and abuse. Furthermore, two states had jurisdiction over the case which made things more complicated and stressful. William was very knowledgeable of the different laws that involved both states. He was also extremely skillful and intelligent when advising me the best strategies to follow in order to finalize my divorce here in Arizona (which was my goal). He kept me advised of every risk and alternative. In other words, Bill not only advised me of the advantages, but he was also honest when considering the risks and possible negative consequences.

I would also like to mention the exceptional job Jackie did. She was always there to answer all my questions and she always returned my calls within less than 24 hours. She is very clever and a great asset to rely on.
When we went to court I was extremely nervous; however, I felt that Mr. Bishop was not only my lawyer, but he also acted like I would expect a close friend to behave. He was kind and understanding. His confidence and positive attitude made me feel reassured and secure all the way through the process.

Divorce is a devastating, horrible, time consuming, experience to go through. Nevertheless, for anyone in need of an excellent, aggressive, attorney I would highly recommend Mr. William Bishop.

Each situation that he has handled for our family has ended with results that have benefited us, we always feel like the winner.

Our experiences with Bill go back over 15 years. He has been the only attorney ever retained for a divorce, child support, child custody and professional matters. Each situation that he has handled for our family has ended with results that have benefited us, we always feel like the winner. We have every confidence in the way he has handled anything that presents itself to our family. Bill has on all occasions handled every situation with great detail and understanding. We consider ourselves thankful that we have him.

Obviously none of us want to deal with legal matters, but if and when they do arise our first phone call is to the Bishop Law Firm.

You listened and you got to work immediately. By the conclusion of our first meeting you had already spoke to opposing counsel and were ready for action.

Divider

I would like to sincerely thank you and all the members of your firm in representing me with my recent custody dispute with my former spouse. As a Father, I walked into your office dejected by the thought that I would be relegated to the role of weekend Daddy. I was even more distraught by the dark and ominous path by which my case was proceeding. This was until; Mr. Bishop, you sat me down in your office, rolled up your sleeves, looked me dead in the eyes and said the words; “Tell me everything!”
Hope and strength had returned into my soul. You listened and you got to work immediately. By the conclusion of our first meeting you had already spoke to opposing counsel and were ready for action. You gave me a clear and logical path to take.
By the conclusion of my custody dispute not only had I gained what was most important to me; which was more time with my Son, but also the understanding that sometimes in order to, win you must play ball.

When appropriate he coached, when reasonable he allowed me to lead, and when necessary he provided a calming demeanor.

To whom it may concern:

The concept of writing positively about any aspect of a divorce appears counter intuitive…however these comments are written seven years after the fact, which may provide them the added credibility of having withstood the test of time.

My attorney was Bill Bishop and from our very first coffee house meeting he listened to each and every comment I made. He sensed what was core to my position and managed what was anger, frustration and exasperation. When appropriate he coached, when reasonable he allowed me to lead, and when necessary he provided a calming demeanor.

As with many divorces involving significant assets and income, the distance between each side was measured in miles not inches. Yet Bill possessed the ability to move the sides closer without unduly compromising my core objectives. In the midst of irrational and onerous demands he remained focused on the end goal vs engaging in non value added skirmishes…all the while ensuring that my composure was self contained.

Bill kept me informed of every risk, every option, and every advantage. He was a skillful chess master and maneuvered our case through the many bluffs and traps that characterize contentious legal situations.

In retrospect, I find that his guile and professionalism are serving me far better today, then I realized many years back. I would heartily recommend Bill and his team to anyone entering the murky realm of divorce litigation.

Mr. William D. Bishop represented me in my divorce; I could not have felt more comfortable than I did with Mr. Bishop as my Attorney.

  1. The quality of representation I received was of the highest anyone could expect.
  2. I always know Mr. Bishop was looking out for MY interest and MY rights! along with those of my children.
  3. Mr. Bishop, and his total staff treated not only myself, but everyone involved with my case, with the most professional attuned that you should expect from a law firm.

From the moment I met with Bill, he was able to ease my mind of the case with his knowledge and thoroughness during the initial consultation.

I had the privilege of working with William Bishop on my case in 2009-2010. From the moment I met with Bill, he was able to ease my mind of the case with his knowledge and thoroughness during the initial consultation. After immediately hiring his firm at that point and ending my search for legal representation, he and his team went promptly to work on my case. I was pleased to learn that Bill had surrounded himself with a team of likewise individuals that shared Bill’s attentiveness, work ethic, and drive. Throughout the case, Bill made sure I always understood where we were in the process, his recommendations on strategy, and what my options were at every turn. When we entered the court room it was clear that I had the superior legal counsel. Bill was steps ahead of the opposition and it was clear. I recommend Bill Bishop to anyone in need of legal help in a family matter and I will continue to do so.

Again just a quick note but I wanted to send a quick thank you to show my gratitude.

I do not want to take much of your time but wanted to send a quick thank you to you and Teresa for your assistance in my case in only the first month. Both you and Teresa have been very responsive to my emails, concerns and have done more in a month than my previous lawyer did in three. Your strategy so far has made me feel comfortable in the direction we are headed and confident we can get full legal and sole custody of my son which is the most important thing to me.

Teresa has been very responsive, pleasant and friendly to deal with whether it is by email and/or in person. Teresa greets you with a smile and listens to what you have to say or documents to drop off. I really appreciate the effort so far from my legal team.

Again just a quick note but I wanted to send a quick thank you to show my gratitude.

Thank you,

I wanted to write to you and thank you and your staff for an outstanding job you did on my divorce case.

I wanted to write to you and thank you and your staff for an outstanding job you did on my divorce case. While most people hopefully do not need your offices services, you and your staff made the best of a very difficult time in my life.

I started with a different law firm and needless to say I was frustrated as I felt I was going nowhere and that my former attorney thought it was just best to give into my ex-wife’s demands because it was easier than responding to her attorney via back and forth conversations and discussions. This is when I knew I needed a change. From the first day I met with you, I got the feeling that you were interested, focused and committed to my case. I had more of a dialog with you in the first one hour session than I did in four months with my previous attorney.

Once I started with you firm, you and your team were focused and committed in my case. Anytime I had an issue, concern or question with my case either you or Jackie were available to answer the question. If Jackie could not answer she would give you a message to call me back and I would speak to you within 24 hours. That’s the service someone should receive in matters that have to do with time. You were also available via email which is a plus these days. Quick questions resulted in quick answers back. As we went to trail I could see that you were well prepared for court. One thing I really appreciated was your preparation work before trial. You had an agenda with me to make sure we were on the same page. Once we were in trial, you were focused on the issues at hand and asked the necessary questions to bring out the facts of the case and not the smoke and mirrors some attorneys try and illustrate.

In the end, I was very happy with the courts decision and I wanted to thank you for a job well done. I would also like to thank Jackie for her professionalism through out the process as well. She was a delight to work with. While I hope that I do not need your services again, if I have any issues I will not hesitate to come back to you and your firm for future services.

Rather than waste precious time and money to defend themselves against my husband’s baseless conflict of interest allegations, my first divorce attorneys advised immediately seeking new legal representation to thwart my husband’s legal ploy. That evening, the partners chose Dan Beeks of Bishop, Del Vecchio & Beeks for me. And that made all the difference!

I was scared, and angry, to lose folks I trusted. I was hostile towards being foisted onto an unknown quantity, but Dan was confident, direct, and reassuring in our initial meeting. He always patiently and clearly explained what to expect and how things would unfold. While my expectations fluctuated and required realignment several times, I always knew that I was important as a person and a client at all times even when I had to struggle accepting my circumstances. Going through the divorce, I had a seemingly, never-ending series of life-altering events. I was emotionally supported by through a period of poverty, the death of my father and my mother only a few months later, a physical injury, the inability to find work, the loss of stable housing.…Looking back, I only remained sane because knew I was being cared for by Dan Beeks and Team Beeks and I could focus on the other traumas that kept coming. I recognize it sounds a bit odd to write that your law firm kept you from losing yourself, but Dan and Team Beeks actually cared about me and worked tirelessly for me.

In addition to feeling valued as a person, I was also extraordinarily served as a legal client. The intake process was simple and that was quite helpful given the state I was in. I filled out several forms, gathered the directed paperwork, and answered any questions. When I answered questions, everyone paid attention or read closely. I never had to correct anyone and I was never confused with another client. There was clear grasp of my case, my facts, and my ever-changing situation. I was both quickly and proactively informed about any developments. My paralegal,Jessica, was always there to tirelessly answer my many questions about the legal terms, process, and timelines. I was kept in the loop on absolutely everything. All communications to and from my husband’s attorneys were copied to me. Copies of every filing, recording etc…was provided immediately. Two or three times when “the other side” flung something our way, Dan called me promptly to explain how we were going to respond and overcome. Further, Dan was also able to use two unexpected setbacks to my ultimate advantage.

Financially, I was challenged and Carolyn helped me figure out how to make it work for a while. Since my husband’s strategy included extending the process as long as possible so I ran out of funds, I ultimately needed to allow Dan Beeks to remove himself as attorney-of-record. It was quite unsettling to have to do that and I was terrified to have to go through mediation by myself. But I was well prepared and soldiered on. In the middle of the mediation, something the mediator reported didn’t seem accurate. I couldn’t remember exactly why, but I remembered Dan had researched and discussed it with me. So when the mediator told me he was going to talk to “the other side” and would be back to my video “room” in 10 minutes, I reached out to Team Beeks even though I wasn’t a client any longer to ask for help. The receptionist told me Dan was in court that morning. I explained what I needed and that I needed to know quickly. She put me on hold and came back to let me know that she’d found out court had adjourned. Then, she came back to report the office staff was contacting Dan in his car and that she was going to hang up so I would be able to answer his call. Dan called me back while driving; he knew the answer to my question and all the ancillary detail too! He told me he would stay on the phone with me and help me speak to the mediator, but the mediator could not hear him, so he called mediator’s office to explain that “the other side”wasn’t being totally forthcoming, what the actual truth was, and how my interests needed to be served fairly. Team Beeks made that happen in 8 minutes!

I am a product of a grey divorce. I am nearly 60 and spent over 30 years as a full-time housewife and homeschooling mother. And that 8-minute, Team Beeks miracle prevented me having to spend my senior years in poverty due to our limited marital assets. For that, I am eternally grateful.

But I am most thankful that Dan is the man of character that he is. He helped me remain myself through this whole soul-crushing process. I told him I wasn’t airing any of my husband’s dirty laundry, and that I wasn’t going to be petty or punitive. I said I just wanted to be fair and equitable. Dan told me that was good, that he’d be a good fit because that’s how he practiced law.

Later, when my husband wrote an essay of untruths in a court document, Dan forwarded the document with an admonition to not be discouraged. Because he knew I would be crushed by the misrepresentation when I read it, Dan then called to prepare me for what he knew would be devastating… because that’s who he is.

I am not anyone special. I’m not wealthy or famous, and I will never need the services of Bishop, Del Vecchio & Beeks Law Office, P.C. again. This is just the extraordinary personal and professional service they provide everyone. Dan and Jessica took great care of me through the worst year of my life. You will receive personal attention and extraordinary performance from Real People, who actually care about you and your unique divorce issues, with Dan Beeks and Team Beeks.

Allyson helped us by giving professional suggestions which again guided us to make educated decisions.

Allyson has been our attorney representing us in our Grand Parent Right case for the past year. We met Allyson when she was representing our daughter. After our daughter’s passing, we were restricted in our visits with our grandson. We were devastated to say the least and therefore we contacted Allyson. We decided that Allyson was the person we wanted as our counsel.

With Allyson as our attorney, our questions were answered quickly and to our satisfaction. Allyson helped us by giving professional suggestions which again guided us to make educated decisions.

On the day of our hearing, Allyson met with us before court and thoroughly went over every step and every factor of the case as it would typically unfold. Allyson told us to be prepared for multiple scenarios and calmed our anxiety and felt our pain while maintaining a confident sense of professionalism. Our case ended on a very positive note, thanks to Allyson.

With that being said, we would recommend Allyson Del Vecchio to anyone that is seeking a professional, knowledgeable and confident attorney to represent them in a any legal family matter.

Sincerely,

James and Donna Latus

I will always recommend Allyson Del Vecchio as one of the best family law attorneys in Arizona.

After dealing with several attorneys, being unhappy with the results, and spending thousands of dollars, I was fortunate to have the pleasure of working with Allyson Del Vecchio. Ms. Del Vecchio is as good as it gets in terms of effective and experienced counsel, especially on matters requiring aggressiveness and understanding of the dynamics of the local court’s personalities and processes. Regardless of the complexity of the matter, she is someone who not only considers the legal strategy, but puts every matter into perspective. Her professional demeanor, honesty, and reliability make her a great attorney and an asset to any firm. I will always recommend Allyson Del Vecchio as one of the best family law attorneys in Arizona.

Thank you.
